If you feel that you should have scored higher on your IELTS test, you can request an Enquiry on Results (EOR).
To request an EOR for a paper-based IELTS test, please email us:

If you took an IELTS on Computer test, please log into your account to make the request.
You must submit requests within 6 weeks of your test date. The fee for a re-mark is $170, which is refunded to you if the results are returned in your favour. You will be sent a link to pay the fee online once we have received your forms.
An Enquiry on Results takes about 2-3 weeks from the time the request is received. If your result changes, you will need to send us your original Test Report Form before we issue you a new one with the new scores.
