Online Results

Results for paper-based tests are available 13 calendar days after the test date. For computer-delivered tests, results are released within 3-5 days, and are visible online within 7 calendar days. All results are mailed to candidates via Canada Post. Please note that, due to COVID-19 restrictions, there is currently no in-person pickup available at this time.

We cannot predict how long it will take Canada Post to deliver your results. If you need your results quickly, please contact us at ielts@algonquincollege.com to arrange for courier delivery. Additional charges apply.

If you are having trouble accessing your results online, please be sure to use your full name as it appears in your passport.

Please note: No results will be released by email or telephone.

Enquiry on Results

If you feel that the marks you have received are not accurate, may have your test remarked by requesting an Enquiry on Results. You must submit this request within 6 weeks of your original test date. The fee for an Enquiry on Results is $170.00 CDN (HST included). The full fee will be refunded if your result is changed to a higher band score. The remarking process takes 8 weeks.

To request an Enquiry on Results, you must submit the following documents:

  1. Your original Test Report Form
  2. A completed EOR Request Form

Payment:

  • Send either a certified cheque or money order for $170, made out to Algonquin College
  • Request a link to our secure online system, where you can pay by Visa or MasterCard
